About the Role
As a Small-Parts Production Assembler, you’ll put together small parts with precision at a workstation repetitively and inspect them to make sure they are assembled correctly. If you have steady hands, strong focus, and take pride in doing things accurately, this is a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do
- Carefully and repetitively assemble small parts by hand at a workstation in a clean room environment (no bunny suit requirement)
- Use simple hand tools and magnification (like microscopes or magnifiers)
- Check parts visually to make sure they meet quality standards
- Follow step-by-step instructions and keep basic records of your work
- Notice when something doesn’t look right and report it quickly to the team
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready for the next task

- Have excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Can stay focused on detailed, repetitive, and meticulous tasks for long periods of time
- Are comfortable sitting or standing while working at a bench for extended periods
- Take pride in producing high-quality, consistent work
- Report to work daily, on-time, and consistently
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Willing to learn and follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable using your hands for precise tasks repetitively
- Able to pass a short (~10-20 min) online attention and dexterity assessment
Preferred Experience (Transferable Skills Welcome):
While not required, the following backgrounds often translate well into this role:
- Jewelry making, diamond setting, or bench jeweler work
- Watchmaking, watch repair, or clock repair
- Fine crafts or trades involving small parts and close detail
- Electronics assembly or repair
- Medical device or laboratory assembly
- Sewing, tailoring, or textile work requiring precision
- Model building, miniatures, or scale construction
- Art restoration, conservation, or detailed studio work
Compensation Details
The expected hourly pay rate for this role is $23-25/hour, based on your experience, qualifications, and job-related factors.
Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary accordingly.

Location & Work Schedule
