While based in Las Vegas, Stephanie partnered with enterprise clients to develop proactive workforce pipelines in manufacturing and sustainable agriculture. She later brought that expertise to San Diego, where she led Talent Acquisition nationally for a private-equity-backed HealthTech SaaS company, where she spearheaded a hyper-growth phase, playing a pivotal role in scaling the organization from 300 to over 1,000 employees in under four years.
