Meet The Founder & Lead Talent Strategist

Stephanie Pilecki founded The Offer Club with more than a decade of experience leading high-stakes talent acquisition inside fast-growing Tech, Healthcare, and startup environments. Her career has been built in the middle of the modern “war for talent,” where every hire affects revenue, scale, and competitive advantage. She doesn’t study how hiring works—she has been the person making those decisions.

Her career began in academic advising, where she developed a rigorous approach to career pathing and workforce planning. She later moved into Corporate Communications as a PR spokesperson for a publicly traded company, gaining deep experience in how positioning, messaging, and perception influence outcomes—skills that now directly inform how roles, candidates, and employers are presented in the market.

While based in Las Vegas, Stephanie partnered with enterprise organizations to build proactive workforce pipelines across manufacturing and sustainable agriculture. After relocating to San Diego, she led national Talent Acquisition for a private-equity-backed HealthTech SaaS company, helping drive a hyper-growth phase that scaled the business from 300 to more than 1,000 employees in under four years.

Today, Stephanie applies that same hiring-side intelligence and market strategy to The Offer Club. Having reduced time-to-fill and improved hiring outcomes for organizations across the country, she now brings insider knowledge of how companies evaluate, select, and close talent—so both businesses and professionals can operate with clarity instead of guesswork.
